Why This Conversation Matters

We have learned enough to choose differently.

Many of the ways we were taught to raise, discipline and educate children were passed down long before we understood their lasting impact.

Today, neuroscience, trauma research and child development are giving us a clearer understanding of what children need to thrive — and what adults can do differently.

What if changing childhood is one of the most powerful ways we can change humanity?

Every child deserves to grow up feeling safe, seen, connected and loved.

We inherited ways of raising children that we now understand can cause harm.

Connection is built in ordinary moments — when a child feels our attention, curiosity and care.
Why this conversation matters

We have learned enough to choose differently.

Many familiar ways of disciplining, educating and relating to children were passed down before we understood their long-term impact. Today, neuroscience, trauma research and child development are giving us better choices.

What if changing childhood is one of the most powerful ways we can change humanity?

This summit brings together people who are helping adults recognize what diminishes confidence, agency and belonging — and showing us what to do differently.
